4 PACK: VIP SESSION TICKET, NOON – 6PM

All Tickets are WILL CALL. Tickets will not be mailed to you.  Please bring a Photo ID on-site with proof of age and we can check you in quickly and efficiently at Show Registration.  All ticket sales are final.

Charges to your credit card statement will appear as “TRIGGER AGENCY”.  It will not mention the name of your event.

Please remember to DRINK RESPONSIBLY.  We highly encourage our guests to designate a driver in their party and / or take public transportation to and from our events.

TICKET TRANSFERS:
Can’t make the event?  If you would like to transfer your ticket(s) to a different attendees name please follow these steps:

1. You must submit your request before advance tickets close (the Wednesday before the event before 5pm).
2. Email lmaster@triggeragency.com with your ticket confirmation / order number.
3. Include the name of the person you would like to transfer the ticket(s) to.
4. Copy them on the email so a new confirmation can be sent.
5. Please submit your request only once and wait for a response.
   (Multiple requests make it more confusing and less likely that your request can be processed correctly.)
6. If you submit your request after 5pm on the Wednesday before the show, your request will not be accepted.
